Support for your 5-12 year olds

We know as a family caregiver that it can be overwhelming to reach out for help, book appointments, or navigate resources when under so much stress. If it's easier, email us at programs@starlings.ca and we can navigate for you.

How we can support your 5-12 year old.

Through our Forward with Hope Program, we provide resources, tools, and opportunities to connect your 5-12 year old with young adult peers who have had similar experiences with parental substance use challenges. â€‹
