Service Description
This appointment is for youth 8+ (with a caregiver), or young adults/ adults who have grown up with parental mental health and substance use challenges, or parents/caregivers looking to access 1:1 support at Starlings. What to expect your first visit? Together, we'll get to know one another, explore what's bringing you here, and discuss your goals, strengths, and support needs. We'll answer any questions you have and work with you to identify the support that feels like the best fit, whether that's a one-time conversation, ongoing 1:1 peer support, a guided program, or a peer group. You'll leave with a plan that reflects your needs and feels right for you.

Hard copies of the resources which are included in this training are only available to residents in Canada and the United States of America. In order to receive the hard copy of the resources included with this training, bookings must be made by April 5, 2025.
