1:1 peer support available for youth under 16

1:1 support is available for youth ages 8–15 through a parent or caregiver either Rin person on Thursdays or virtually Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. The first session includes both the young person and their caregiver so we can get to know one another, understand your young person's strengths, experiences, and goals, and ensure everyone feels comfortable moving forward.

Subsequent sessions focus on supporting the young person one-on-one with a peer mentor, while the caregiver remains nearby and available if needed. Following each session, caregivers receive a brief email summarizing the topics explored along with practical ideas, conversation starters, and resources to help continue supporting their young person between sessions.

Duration: 60 minutes
