The Advocacy and Rights Collective (ARC) is a 6 week virtual program that exists to create a peer-based space for young adults with lived experience of parental substance use alongside incarceration or children family service involvement to understand their rights, make sense of stigma and systems, and build the confidence to engage in advocacy in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
