Service Description
Many of us exchange books that have helped us understand and talk about life's messy, beautiful, and complicated parts, so we started a book club:) What can you expect? Together, we'll explore stories that open conversations about stress, relationships, grief, joy, identity, and healing, and anything else that might come up. Come to read, reflect, journal, or simply listen, you're welcome however you show up. Who should join us? This space is for anyone 16+ including youth, young adults, and adults who have grown up with parental or familial mental health and/or substance use challenges. No need to be an avid reader. Come as you are. What You'll Receive: A community of peers:) A complimentary copy of the Your Grief Matters Too Reflection Workbook (exploring grief beyond physical loss) A journal for reflection and note-taking Snacks and beverages Need support getting here? We've got you. Reach out, we'll help with transportation. Questions?
