NUMA Breathwork: Join us each month for a guided NUMA Breathwork session designed to support relaxation, self-reflection, and nervous system regulation in a safe, welcoming environment. Through intentional breathing practices, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, release stress, and explore their inner experiences at their own pace. Facilitated by Woodwives Wellness. No previous breathwork experience is required.
